1 graham cracker, reduced fat pie crust
1/4 cup water
1 package (4 serving) sugar free lime gelatin
2 containers fat free key lime pie yogurt, 6 ounces each
1 8 ounce tub fat free, non dairy whipped topping, thawed
Pour gelatin into a bowl. Boil water, measure 1/4 cup water out and pour into dry gelatin
Whisk until gelatin is dissolved.
In a large bowl, whisk together gelatin and yogurt. Fold in whipped topping. Carefully spread in crust. Refrigerate for 4 hours or
until set. Garnish with lime slices, serve.
