Five Minute Key Lime Pie

This is a delicious pie. It is really great, because it is sugar free and fat free and reduced fat in the crust. It is wonderful for diabetics, and healthier to eat for all of us.


1 graham cracker, reduced fat pie crust
1/4 cup water
1 package (4 serving) sugar free lime gelatin
2 containers fat free key lime pie yogurt, 6 ounces each
1 8 ounce tub fat free, non dairy whipped topping, thawed


Pour gelatin into a bowl. Boil water, measure 1/4 cup water out and pour into dry gelatin
Whisk until gelatin is dissolved.
In a large bowl, whisk together gelatin and yogurt. Fold in whipped topping. Carefully spread in crust. Refrigerate for 4 hours or
until set. Garnish with lime slices, serve.
