Very good with meringue or whipped cream.

1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbls cornstarch
1-1/4 cups sour cream
2 egg yolks
1-1/4 cups cooked pitted prunes
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 baked pie shell or graham cracker crust

Mix sugar, salt and cornstarch. Add sour cream and egg yolks. Cook about 10 minutes. Add the prunes and cook until thick. Remove from heat and add the vanilla and cinnamon.
Pour into a pie with meringue; or cool and top with whipped cream.
