18 graham crackers 1cup sugar
1/2 stick butter, melted 1 pkg.lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water 1 (8)oz.pkg. cream
1 c. sugar cheese
1 tsp vanilla 1 lg. can evaporated
Crush graham crackers;combine with butter. Line a 9 by 13 in. pan with half the mixture. Mix gelatin and boiling water. Mix cream cheese sugar and vanilla. In a large bowl, whip carnation milk until stiff. Add gelatin, then cheese mixture; blend well. Pour into graham cracker crust; sprinkle reserved crust mixture over top. Chill 12 hours. This may be topped with canned cherry or strawberry pie filling when served. This cheesecake may be frozen.
