HALVE GARLIC HEADS HORIZONTALLY.DRIZZLE WITH OLIVE OIL & LIGHTLY SEASON WITH SALT & PEPPER.WRAP IN FOIL & ROAST AT 375F FOR 40MTS OR TILL SOFT & CREAMY.COOL,SQUEEZE FROM HUSKS & COARSELY CHOP.
PLACEPOTATOES IN CLEAN KITCHEN TOWEL & SQUEEZE OUT EXCESS WATER.TRANSFER TO BOWL.ADD GARLIC TO POTATOES ,SEASON WITH SALT & PEPPER.HEAT OIL IN 10 INCH SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HEAT.SPREAD POTATOES EVENLY OVER BOTTOMOF PAN.SPRINKLE WITHSALT &PEPPER.COOK 3MTS OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN ON BOTH SIDES.SLIDE ONTO SERVING PLATE & CUT INTO WEDGES.
