delicious dip/spread and can be made low fat too

Ingredients

1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream
1 cup parmesan cheese
pimentos for garnish (optional)
green onion tops sliced thin for garnish (optional)

Directions

mix first three items together and bake in a small pie pan or glass baking dish at 350 for 20 minutes or until light brown and bubbly on top.
Use either baguettes or celery for dipping.
low fat version, replace all main ingredients with the low or fat free versions.
