Frozen mocha cheesecake

This cheesecake is easy to prepare and requires no baking serve with chocolate syrup on the top .


1 1/4 cups chocolate waffer cookie crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 8oz pkg cream cheese softened
1 (14oz) can sweetended condensed milk
2/3 cup chocolate syrup
2 tsp nescafe instant coffee
1 teaspoon hot water
1 cup heavy whipping cream


In a small mixing bowl , combine the cookie crumbs, sugar, and butter
in a buttered springform pan, pat crumbs firmly on the bottom of pan
and both sides. In large mixing bowl , beat sweetended condensed milk, and chocolate syrup . In small bowl dissolve coffee in hot water and add to sweetended condensed milk mixture. Mix well Beat cream cheese and heavy cream till fluffy. Pour into crust. Freaze for 6 hours or until firm. Sprinkle with crushed cookie crumbs and top with chocolate syrup.
