i found a copy of this recipe in a grocery shop.

Ingredients

SWEET BUTTER FOR GREASING
2 1/4 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR,PLUS EXTRA FOR DUSTING
4 EGGS
1/2 CUP SOFT BROWN SUGAR PLUS EXTRA FOR SPRINKLING
1 1/4 CUP RICOTTA CHEESE
GRATED RIND OF 1/2 LEMON
5 TBSP OLIVE OR SUNFLOWER OIL
3/4 CUP MILK
1 TBSP BAKING POWDER

Directions

PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 350F
GREASE TART PAN WITH BUTTER & LIGHTLY DUST WITH FLOUR
WHISK TOGETHER EGGS, SUGAR IN A BOWL UNTIL PALE & FLUFFY
STIR IN RICOTTA, LEMON RIND, OIL, MILK
SIFT IN FLOUR & BAKING POWDER, MIX WELL & POUR INTO PREPARED PAN
SPRINKLE WITH EXTRA SUGAR & BAKE FOR ABOUT 40MTS.
REMOVE FROM OVEN. LET COOL,SERVE
