If you like Key Lime Pie, then this is the recipe that you will want to make. It is delicious, plus the fact that this is a lite recipe. I like to make this pie and take it to church functions, everyone forgets that there are diabetics that go without desserts, because there is so much sugar in everything. Even the new bride, with no cooking experience can make this with no problems.


1 graham cracker pie crust
1 package(4 ounce) sugar free lime gelatin
1/4 cup boiling water
2 containers lite key lime flavored yogurt
1 container (8 ounce) fat free or lite non dairy topping from freezer case in dairy section, thawed.


Dissolve jello in 1/4 cup boiling water. Stir in yogurt with spoon, fold in whipped topping, till well blended.Pour into crust, spread out. Cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours. When ready to serve garnish with lime slices if desired. Refrigerate any leftovers.
