This is the perfect light lunch.


Large portabello mushroom.
Swiss cheese.
Fresh Basil.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Balsalmic Vinegar.
Salt and Pepper


Pre-heat broiler.
Place Swiss cheese, Basil salt & pepper onto Portabello. Drizzle a little Oil and Balsalmic. and broil until nice and juicy looking. Serve on top of a little spinach/spring mix salad with Feta cheese and cucumbers, Avocado,Red onion & whatever your favorite veggies are :) Ejoy!!
