Easy chocolate chip cheesecake

try this with white chocolate chips

Ingredients

1 6 0z graham cracker crust
2 pkgs (3oz) cream cheese softened
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup nestle's mini milk chocolate morsels or use semi -sweet
1 tsp flour

Topping
1/2 cup chocolate morsels or semi-sweet
1/4 cup whipping cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 . With mixer beat cream cheese until fluffy : gradually beat in sweetended condensed milk until smooth .

Add egg and vanilla , mix well . Toss chips with flour str into cheese mixture. pour into pie crust. Bake for 35 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched. Cool and top with glaze. serve chilled Glaze Melt 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips with 1/4 cup whipping cream , cook over low heat and stir until thickened and smooth. spread immediatley over cooled pie.

serves 8 prep time 15 minutes bake time 35 minutes
