1 Tbls water
2 cups cashews
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips, melted
1/3 cup chopped white baking chocolate, melted
Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
In double boiler, melt the caramels with the water. Stir in the cashews. Drop by spoonfuls on to the baking sheet.
Melt the chocolates separately, stir until smooth.
Spoon each into a plastic baggie. Snip corner and drizzle each one over the clusters.
(I just like to mix the chocolates in with the nuts and make clusters)
