Pecan Pumpkin Dessert

This is soooo good.

Ingredients

2 15oz cans Libby's pumpkin
1 12oz can Carnation Evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 18oz pkg yellow cake mix
1 cup butter, melted
1-1/2 cups chopped pecans

Frosting:
8oz cream cheese, softened
1-1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
12oz carton whipped topping, thawed

Directions

Line a 9x13 baking pan with waxed paper and spray with non stick spray. Set aside.
In mixing bowl, mix pumpkin, milk and sugar. Beat in the eggs and vanilla. Pour into the cake pan. Sprinkle with the dry cake mix. Drizzle with the butter. Sprinkle on the pecans.
Bake 350 for 1 hour or until golden brown. Cool completely. Invert on a large serving platter. Carefully remove the waxed paper.
Frosting:
In mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping. Frost and refrigerate.
