Cathy's Chocolate Cheese Ball

This is a different spin on a cheese ball for crackers from my sister-in-law. We have had it for Christmas, but it could be served any time.

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup confectioner’s sugar
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
3/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Beat cream cheese with butter and vanilla until fluffy. Add sugar and beat until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. On plastic wrap shape into a ball. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll in pecan pieces. Serve with chocolate graham crackers or chocolate graham cracker cookies.
