German Meatballs

wonderful to serve as appetizers, but also a great dinner served with noodles

Ingredients

1# of hamburger
1/2 grated raw potato
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/8 t pepper
1 t salt
Combine all and roll into small balls.

Sauce:
1 Tbsp Worchester Sauce
1/3 cup pickle relish and 1/3 cup pickle liquid
2/3 cup Chili Sauce from bottle
1/2 t salt

Directions

Place meatballs in shallow baking dish and cover with sauce. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
