Dark Chocolate Mousse

This is a lovely dessert that can please anyone's heart easily.


Grated Dark Chocolate-2 cups,
Whipped Cream-1 cup,
Liquid Glucose-One and a half tablespoons,
Few cherries & whipped cream-to garnish


1. In a double boiler,put the grated chocolate and liquid glucose.Keep mixing it till it melts.
2. Meanwhile in a bowl,put the cream,add to it the melted chocolate and glucose mixture.Mix with an egg beater and pour in the glasses.
3. Refrigerate it for four to six hours to get set.
4. Once it is set well,remove and serve putting a dollop of whipped cream on top of which,place a cherry,if you wish or serve as it is.
