2 pounds baking potatoes, unpeeled, about 5 to 6 medium, 1 pound pork sausage, 1- 12oz can evaporated milk, 1/3 cup chopped green onions, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 cup dried bread crumbs, 1 tbsp melted butter or margarine, 1/2 tsp paprika.
Cook potatoes in boiling water until fork tender. Drain and coarsley chop or mash. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Crumble and cook sausage in medium skillet until browned. Drain and transfer to a large bowl. Stir in potatoes, milk, green onions, Worcesrshire sauce, salt and pepper. Pour into greased 2 1/2 or 3 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, drizzle with melted butter/margarine. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered, 30 to 35 minutes or until casserole bubbles and top is browned. Refrigerate leftovers. Serves 6 to 8
