1/2 pkg.of Chocolate Candy coating(6 squares)also known as Almond Bark (comes in 24oz.pkg.)
1/2 pkg.of Vanilla Candy coating(6 squares)also known as Almond Bark(comes in 24oz.pkg.)
1 12oz. pkg Nestle Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1 11.5oz.pkg. Nestle Milk Chocolate Morsels
2 20oz.cans Cocktail Peanuts or Cashews
Line two jelly roll pans with wax paper or quick release aluminum foil.
In heavy sauce pan over LOW heat(elec.stove), first, place the chocolate almond bark and the vanilla almond bark. Stir constantly until melted. Next add the semi-sweet morsels and the milk chocolate morsels. Stir constantly until melted,then remove pan from heat and stir in all the peanuts. When peanuts are completely coated drop by teaspoonfuls or for larger clusters use tablespoonfuls onto prepared pans. When pans are full set in refrigerator for 20 minutes for the clusters to set. Store in resealable containers.
NOTE: You can use a double boiler to melt all the chocolate instead of using direct heat. Always melt all the almond bark first then the morsels. You can also use candy cups(silver, red or gold)to make them more festive for the holidays!
