Chocolate Chip Pancake

These pancakes simply fly out just like that whenever I make them for kiddie's party.


Apple-1 no.(grated),
Butter-1 tblspn,
All Purpose flour-1 Cup,
Chocolate Chips-1/4 Cup,
Sugar-1/2 Cup,
Milk-as required,
Baking powder-3/4 tspn,
Vanilla Essence-1/2 tspn,
Honey/any fruit jam


1. In a vessel,put the butter and let it melt.
2. Now,in a bowl,put the all purpose flour,chocolate chips,melted butter,sugar,grated apple and milk.Mix it with a spoon and then add the vanilla essence and baking powder.Mix well and set aside.Note that this batter should be of a dropping consistency so that it can be easily poured with a laddle/spoon.
3. Next,heat a non-stick pan and in it,put the prepared batter(set aside)with a laddle or spoon and spread it approximately to the size of one's palm.Cook it by putting butter on the sides of the pancake.Flip it and cook it in this way adding butter on the sides till the pancake turn golden brown.
4. Remove on plates.Then either put honey or spread some jam over the pancakes and serve.
P.S.You can use banana instead of apple.
