Cheesy Corn Fondue

This is without doubt a superhit at the parties.


Butter-2 tblspns(unsalted);
All purpose flour-2 tblspns;
Milk-1 cup;
Corn(cooked)-1 cup;
Cooking cheese-1 cup;
Table cheese-1 cup;
Black pepper powder-1 or 2 pinch;
Green pepper-1 no.(chopped finely);
Dash of salt
(To serve with cucumber,carrots,crunchy buiscuits,bread sticks and so on.)


1. Cut the vegetables into long cubicle pieces and set them aside.
2. Now,in a non-stick pan,put the butter and the all purpose flour.Keep mixing till the butter has softened and gets mixed well with the flour.
3. Then,put the milk and some water.Mix and add the cooked corn,table cheese and the cooking cheese.
4.Mix,add very little salt,black pepper powder and green pepper.Mix it.When done/has reached the desired consistency,off the stove and serve with either the veggies/buiscuits/bread sticks and so on as per one's wish and enjoy.
