Oven-baked pork chops with a different flavor than your average.

4 center-cut pork chops
1 jar Apple butter

Empty contents of apple butter into a ziplock bag. Add pork chops and marinate for 1 hour, turning the bag over occasionally to coat.
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place pork chops and apple butter in a foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until chops are cooked. Serve with rice, buttered noodles or mashed potatoes and a green veggie.
Makes 2-4 servings
