a taste of India.serves 4. SERVE THIS WITH MAIN COURSE DISHES LIKE CHAPATHI OR RICE PILAF.

Ingredients

1/2 cucumber
1/2 small onion peeled
1 eight ounce carton plain yogurt
2 TBSP FRESH CHOPPED MINT
1/2 TEASPOON CUMIN SEEDS, GROUND BLACK PEPPER
SALT TO TASTE.

Directions

GRATE CUCUMBER ,ONIONS.MIX IN THE YOGURT, CHOPPED MINT, CUMIN SEEDS, PEPPER & SALT. SPOON INTO A SERVING BOWL & CHILL IN THE REFRIGERATOR UNTIL SERVING.
