Dee Ann's Baked Pineapple

This is delicious served with 'Grace's Ham Loaf', and was given to me while we were living in a Pennsylvania Dutch area. Add a green, orange or red vegetable to complete the meal.

1/4 lb. butter (I use a little less)
4 slices bread, cubed
1 cup sugar
1 can # 2 crushed pineapple (1 lb. 2 oz.)
4 eggs, beaten

Cream together the butter and sugar. Add well beaten eggs, bread and pineapple. Mix together well. Place in a buttered baking dish and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

Not a NESTLÉ®-tested recipe.
