Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl, cut in shortening. Add yeast and buttermilk, mix well, knead quickly for about 20 t0 30 times. Roll out
about 1/2 inch thick, cut. Let rise for 10 minutes. Place biscuits on a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper, put into freezer until frozen. Place rolls in freezer bags.
When you are ready to use some, take as many out as you want to bake, place them on a cookie sheet, bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes, till golden brown on top.
