Like a pumpkin up side down cake-Or a pumpkin cobbler.

Ingredients

1 29-30 ounce can of Libby's pumpkin.
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 12 ounce can Carnation evaporated milk
1 Tb pumpkin pie spice
1 yellow cake mix (I have also used spice or carrot cake mix)
1 cup butter melted

Directions

Pre heat oven 350 degrees. Lightly grease or spray a 9x13 pan.
In a bowl stir together the pumpkin, sugar and eggs. Mix in the evaporated milk and pumpkin pie spice; pour into the prepared pan.
Sprinkle DRY cake mix over the pumpkin then drizzle melted butter over the cake mix
Bake for 1 hour-or until a knife inserted into the cake comes out clean.
