1. To Make Caramel:-
In a pan heat 5 TBSP of sugar with few drops of water, till it turns into a golden brown caramel.
Pour the caramel into 10 inch Pudding mold and let it cool. You can use 6 remekins if you like for 6 individual puddings.
Now add eggs, milk, vanilla essence/orange zest to a blender. Then add 1 can NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk and 1/2(Half) can NESTLÉ CARNATION Sweetened Condensed Milk to this mixture in blender.
Blend everything together and now pour pudding mixture into mold or remekins. Place mold/ remekins in pan of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove and let cool completely before removing. Serves 6.
