Blueberry Torte

A delicious dessert anytime. One of our favorite fruits is blueberries in any way, shape or form. This recipe is particularly easy because you use canned blueberries.

Ingredients

Crust:
1 stick margarine, plus 1 tablespoon
1 cup flour
2 Tablespoons sugar

Filling:

1 envelope non dairy, dry whipped topping, fixed according to package directions
1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 can blueberry pie filling

Directions

Crust:

Combine flour margarine and sugar well, press into a 9 inch square pan.Bake at 375 degrees in a preheated oven.
375 degree oven for 20 minutes or until browned.
Allow to cool completely.

Filling:

Mix powdered topping according to package directions. Add softened cream cheese, mix till blended, add powdered sugar. Pour over cooled crust. Top with blueberry pie filling. Chill well before serving.
