1 stick margarine, plus 1 tablespoon
1 cup flour
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 envelope non dairy, dry whipped topping, fixed according to package directions
1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 can blueberry pie filling
Combine flour margarine and sugar well, press into a 9 inch square pan.Bake at 375 degrees in a preheated oven.
375 degree oven for 20 minutes or until browned.
Allow to cool completely.
Mix powdered topping according to package directions. Add softened cream cheese, mix till blended, add powdered sugar. Pour over cooled crust. Top with blueberry pie filling. Chill well before serving.
