Slow Cooker Orange Chicken

The combination of barbeque sauce, marmalade and soy sauce makes this dish tasty and unique. Serve with hot brown rice and steamed green beans. Serves 4.

Ingredients

8 small boneless skinless thighs (1 pound)
3 tablespoons flour
1/3 cup orange marmalade
1/3 cup your favorite barbeque sauce
2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon grated fresh gingerroot

Directions

Toss chicken with flour in slow cooker. Stir in all remaining ingredients, cover with lid. Cook on LOW 6-8 hours or HIGH 3-4 hours.
