A few years ago I started making these for Thanksgiving & Christmas. They are wonderful, and although there are several verisions of "green bean budles" out there, this is the one I like the best.

1 bag of frozen, whole green beans
1 c. brown sugar
1 lb. bacon
3 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. butter

1. Steam the frozen green beans just until tender-crisp.
2. Cut bacon strips in half.
3. Wrap 8-10 green beans with a 1/2 lengthwise piece of bacon. Place in shallow dish.
4. In pan on top of stove, melt butter. Add sugar and salt; pour over green bean bundles.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Not a NESTLÉ®-tested recipe.
