Easy to make. And great for people that can't eat nuts. Yield: 1 loaf

2 bananas, mashed
3 tablespoons of milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup of butter, melted
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup sugar

Combine mashed banana, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
Sife dry ingredients together; add sugar and half of banana mixture and beat until smooth.
Add remaining banana mixture and continue beating until smooth and well-blended.
Pour mixture into a buttered 8x4x3 inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350* for 1 hour, or until a wooden pick inserted in center tests clean.
Store in tightly covered container.
