Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole

This makes a great side dish for any dinner.

Ingredients

10 oz. frozen broccoli, thawed
10 oz. frozen cauliflower, thawed
1 can of cheddar cheese soup
3/4 cup instant rice
1 cup evaporated milk

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker that has been sprayed with a no-stick spray. Cook on a low setting for 4-5 hours or until the vegetables are tender. Stir about halfway through the cooking period. May add 1/2 to 3/4 cup shredded cheese at this point, if desired.
