This is a recipe that my mother found on a cocoa can back in the fifties. We have been using it ever since.

2 cups white sugar or 1 cup white sugar and 1 cup Splenda Baking White sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 water
1/3 room temperature butter
1/3 flour
parchment paper or wax paper
medium to small jelly roll pan.

Place paper on jelly roll pan.
Combine first three ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a boil of 245 degrees mixing with whisk frequently.
Blend with mixer the last two ingredients in a heat resistant bowl.
Once the three heated ingredients are ready quickly pour in bowl.
Mix until blended.
Quickly pour mixer on to jelly roll pan.
Let set for about 2 minutes then cut into squares.
Let cool and enjoy.

Not a NESTLÉ®-tested recipe.
