Place paper on jelly roll pan.
Combine first three ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a boil of 245 degrees mixing with whisk frequently.
Blend with mixer the last two ingredients in a heat resistant bowl.
Once the three heated ingredients are ready quickly pour in bowl.
Mix until blended.
Quickly pour mixer on to jelly roll pan.
Let set for about 2 minutes then cut into squares.
Let cool and enjoy.
