Blueberry muffins without eggs

for those who cannot eat eggs--here is a perfect recipe to use up all those fresh blueberries

Ingredients

½ cup oil
¾ cup sugar mixed with 1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 cups flour
4 tsp. BP
2 Tbsp. corn starch
1/2 cup water
½ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup blueberries dried/floured

Directions

Mix dry ingredients with liquid ingredients.
fold in dried and floured blueberries last. Place paper muffin tins in holders or grease muffin tins. Makes 12 muffins

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes
