Ham and Noodle Casserole

Can substitute chicken or turkey, if desired.


2 cups diced ham
8 oz. cooked and drained egg noodles
1 small can peas, drained
1 1 /2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. dry mustard


Combine the ham, cooked noodles, peas and cheese in a 9x13 glass baking dish.
Stir together the mushroom soup, milk and dry mustard and pour over the above ingredients. Stir to coat everything well. Cover with foil.
Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
Crush 3/4 cup potato chips and sprinkle over the top. Return to the oven (uncovered) for another 5 minutes.
