Blueberry Cake
this is a family recipe and favoirte. It has been passed down for four generations.


½ Cup Softened Butter
2 Cups Sugar
2 Egg Yolks
1 Cup Milk
3 Cups Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 Egg Whites
2 Cups Blueberries
2 greased loaf pans


Cream Butter, Sugar and Egg Yolks
Sift Flour and Baking Powder
Add Flour mixture to cream mixture, alternating with Milk.
Beat Slowly!
Beat Egg whites and fold into mixture
Dust Blueberries with Flour
Fold in Blueberries
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans
Bake for 40 to 60 minutes
Sprinkle with Sugar
