Easy Pound Cake

Easy to make. Is also good to freeze and have on hand.

Ingredients

l Box confectioners sugar
l box cake flour (measured in sugar box)
3 sticks of butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
6 large eggs
l tsp. vanilla or almond flavoring

Directions

Cream butter thoroughly with sugar. Beat in l egg at a time. Sift flour into mixture about 1/3 at a time. Beat and mix well. Bake at 275 in a 9 inch tube pan with greased paper on on the bottom, for about 2 hours and l0 mins. Cool.
