Melt the morsels, stirring until smooth. Set aside.
Dissolve the coffee crystals in the boiling water. Add the milk and mix well. Blend this mixture into the melted morsels. Stir in the peanuts.
Pour into a greased and foil-lined 8 inch square pan. Chill for 1 hour or until firm.
Lift from the pan, remove the foil and cut into 1 inch squares.
Keep refrigerated until serving.
