My six year old's favorite side to make. It can be used as a dip (her favorite) or a kid's snack. The measurements are to taste and lets her be "the chef in charge". Right now, she loves the maple flavor of the brown sugar.

A small container of yogurt (plain is best but try fruit flavors, too)
Various fresh fruit:
strawberries, blueberries, watermelon, pineapple, etc.
Brown Sugar (light is best)

Use a single serving container of yogurt; open and stir completely in a small bowl. Choose one of the powder spices listed and mix into the yogurt until the color of the yogurt is either light brown, or the cardamon is sufficiently mixed throughout.

Keep in mind that the brown sugar option may make the yogurt "grainy" but the texture change is not noticeable when mixed with fruit. (The cardamon is slightly sweet so if you prefer something less sugary.)

Serve in a small dish with berries, melon or citrus fruit. Even softens the "bite" of grapefruit.

Also a great way to "mix in" for plain yogurt snacks.

Not a NESTLÉ®-tested recipe.
