Place morsels in the top of a double boiler over hot water. Stir constantly until melted and smooth, but do not let your water boil or the morsel's will seize. I use medium heat, sometimes medium low. Stir in remaining ingredients. Stir well. Line an 8 x 8 inch pan with waxed paper. Pour hot fudge into pan. Refrigerate until firm. I leave mine in overnight if I make it in the evening.
Lift waxed paper to remove from pan. Peel off paper. Cut into small squares. Store in the refrigerator. Yields 2 pounds of candy.
