This is a very delicious dessert that is good served warm or cold. My Mother used to make it for my Dad to take in his lunch. I have made a lighter version for myself and want to share it with others.

1 2/3 cup Carnation Evaporated Skimmed milk
Egg substitute to equal 3 eggs
1/4 cup granulated sweetner
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg

Microwave milk in a glass bowl on High for 3-4 minutes or until it starts to bubble. around the edges. Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla and salt in another bowl. Beat in milk gradually, add nutmeg.
Spoon into glass custard cups. Place in a circle around outer edge of plate or turntable. Microwave on High for 5-61/2 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil. Remove, let stand until set in refrigerator or serve warm.
