Ingredients
1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese
1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
and well drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 (1 oz.) envelope Ranch-style salad
dressing mix or 1 oz. of fajita mix
9 (10 in.) flour tortillas
Directions
Stir together first 6 ingredients, spread evenly
on tortillas. Roll up, jellyroll fashion, press
edges to seal; wrap in plastic wrap. Chill 4 to
6 hours (or overnight). Cut into 1/2 thick
slices.
