Crustless Apple Pie

Crustless Apple Pie
This is a quick, easy and delicious recipe.

Ingredients

1 slightly beaten egg
1 cup sugar
1 cup diced apples (One peeled, diced apple works great...or two fuji apples, if they rather small)
1/2 cup nuts (Whatever kind you like-- broken into pieces--If for whatever reason, you omitt the nuts, the recipe still works.)
3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinimon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. (This wasn't included in the original recipe, but it doesn't hurt it, in the least.)

Directions

Mix egg, sugar, apples and nuts. Add in the rest, (with the vanilla extract going in last.) Mix together. Pour in an 8" greased (You can use cooking spray.) pie pan. Bake for 30 mins. @ 350 degrees. Don't over bake. Once out of the oven, let the pie set, just a bit. top with whipped cream or ice cream.
