A great dessert treat, and it can be made in less time than a regular chocolate cream pie. I serve mine with whipped topping and it always is a big hit, either at home or when I take it to church. This recipe serves 6-8 so If I am taking it away from home, I usually make two pies. It is very easy to make.

2 large eggs
1 cup Carnation Evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 squares (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup biscuit mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend on high for 1 minute. Pour into greased 9 inch glass pie plate.
Bake for 30 minutes or until set. Cool completely before serving.
Top with refrigerated non dairy topping.

Not a NESTLÉ®-tested recipe.
