1 c. lowfat or 2% milk
2 T. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. splenda
1 t. of any kind of extract: vanilla, peppermint, orange etc.
Pour 1 c. of milk from container into a blender. Add 2 T. unsweetened cocoa, 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 c. splenda, and 1 t. of any kind of extract to the blender. Blend on smoothie for about 10 seconds. Add about 10 ice cubes and blend until mixture is thick and frosty. Serves 2, or if you really have a chocolate urge, 1.
Note: If you are on weight watchers this shake would be 2 points.
