Phyllis' No Crust Fudge Pie

This isn't a fancy recipe. But, it is rich, delicious and very easy to make.

Ingredients

2 eggs well beaten
1 cup sugar
½ cup melted butter or margarine
½ cup flour
5 tablespoons cocoa powder
¼ teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 ½ cup broken pecans (or any kind of nuts you like.)

Directions

Mix together the eggs, sugar and butter. Add the cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Sir in the vanilla and nuts. Pour in to a buttered (PAM can be used, as well.) 8” pie pan. Bake for 30 min. at 350 degrees. Don’t over bake. Top with whipped cream or ice cream.
