These mints are so much better than the store bought ones. I have made them for many occassions. I made them for our Ruritan Club in blue and yellow. I made them for Palm Sunday at church they were lavender and yellow. Not one was left on the plate. Everyone said that they were soooo good. You have to try these to appreciate how good they are.

1 8 ounce block of cream cheese
1 2 pound bag of powdered sugar
1/8 teaspoon flavoring oil
food coloring as desired

Knead together or use mixer to make dough. Divide dough into to balls.
Add coloring and flavoring oil.
Pinch of small balls, roll in granulated sugar, press into rubber molds or make into long ropes, cut
If using molds, press out right away and put on waxed paper lined pans and let dry at room temperature. for 1-3 days. These can be frozen for 1 year or refrigerted for 6 months.

Not a NESTLÉ®-tested recipe.
