This has a touch of cream cheese for a creamy taste. Very easy to make, takes only minutes.


6 large mushrooms
Cream cheese
Chicken flavor stuffing mix
Lump Crab meat
2 Table spoons butter


Prepare stuffing mix as directed. Clean and remove stems from mushrooms. Fill very bottom of mushroom caps with cream cheese. Mix crab into stuffing mixture. Over fill mushrooms with stuffing. Place in shallow baking pan, dot with butter. Broil for 3 min. Best when served right away.
