Cream margarine, brown sugar,peanut butter and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs. Add flour. baking powder and salt; stir in alternately with milk. Beat until smooth. Using muffin pans, fill cupcake papers 2/3 full, bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until top springs back when touched.
