Yurgi's Swedish Pancakes

These hot cakes are kind of like Yorkshire pudding. Very easy to bake. Sprinkle with powered sugar and fresh squeezed lemon at the end.

Ingredients

1 Cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 t baking powder
1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
3 eggs 3/4 cube melted butter
pinch of nutmeg

Directions

Mix all the dry ingredients. Add the evaporated milk and fold in the eggs. Pour into a shallow baking dish containing the butter and bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve hot with fresh lemon and powdered sugar.
