Grease bunt pan and preheat oven 350 degrees
Combine white sugar and cinnamon in a plastic baggie.
Cut biscuits into small piece (I usually cut them into 1/4s)
Place a few pieces into the baggie at a time and shake until well coated.
Place coated pieces into pan
Continue this until all pieces are coated and placed in pan (make sure they are even)
Melt butter and add brown sugar
Pour over the top of the biscuit pieces
Bake 30 minutes
Let cool for 3-5 minutes and then turn the pan over onto a serving platter
Let cool for 5-10 minutes and then enjoy (using either a fork or fingers to pull pieces off)
*I also like to take any left over cinnamon and sugar from the baggie and pour it over the biscuits before adding the butter mix)
