Slow Cooker Chicken & Stuffing

This is so good and very convenient since it cooks all in one pot. You can change the flavor of the soup to suit your tastes. We liked it with the extra herb flavor.

Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup with herbs
1 1/4 c water
1 box stuffing mix
3 T. butter or margarine

Directions

Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Lay chicken in bottom of cooker. Season with salt and pepper. Mix soup with 1/4 c. water. Pour over chicken. It will be a thick mixture. Mix stuffing mix with 1 c. water. Mixture will be crumbly. Spread over soup. Slice margarine and lay over stuffing. Put lid on slow cooker and cook 4-5 hours on low.
